Shipping Clerk
Summary: Completes orders and prepares documents to ship product to customer by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
- Reviews order to determine steps completed and additional steps required to complete order
- Work with Expediters to determine method of shipment
- Serves as double checker to ensure shipments meet specifications. Compares identifying information such as counts, part numbers, methods of shipment
- Stage and prepares material for shipping, including shrink wrapping, banding and labeling
- Verifies and documents quantities and description of material pulled
- Operates a forklift for moving, stacking, pulling, placing or loading material
- Move completed orders to correct locations
- Organize and clean work area 15-20 minutes before end of shift

Receiving Clerk
Summary: Verifies and establishes records on incoming shipments by performing the following duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Counts, measures, or weighs material to verify contents received against bill of ladings or packing slips
- Examines material with identifying information Documents information relating to receipt of material
- Operates a forklift for moving, stacking, pulling or placing material Use a computer to receive in all products and to print labels
- Use RF scanner for picking orders and moving product into stock Clean and maintain work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Organize and clean work area 15-20 minutes before end of shift

Inventory Stocker
Summary:Places received material into stock locations by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Tags received material, designates location for material Places stock in designated locations
- Use RF scanner for stock put-a-ways, consolidating and inventory movement
- Ensure put-a-ways of all material move within the mandatory 24 hour turn -a-round period
- Operates forklift for moving, stacking, pulling or placing material Consolidate material
- Cycle counting Forklift checklist
- Organize and clean work area 15-20 minutes before end of shift

Inventory Control Clerk
Summary: Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type and value of material stocked in establishment by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Prints inventory list by type of material, location and quantity for cycle counting
- Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies
- Manages procurement of kitting products and maintains inventory levels
- Approves branch location supply purchasing
- Works directly with management to write and train personnel on company procedures
- Organize and clean work area 15-20 minutes before end of shift
Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages one subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of three employees in the Inventory Management and Branch Support. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises one non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Summary: Performs Kitting/Packaging of hardware based on customer requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Builds kits and/or packages to specification
- Marks completed kits and/or packages with identifying information
- Attaches appropriate labeling when necessary
- Double checks quantity counts for accuracy
- Organize and clean work area 15-20 minutes before end of shift

Summary: Completes assembly of nuts, bolts and washers and stamping of product when required.

- Assembles nuts, bolts and washers per verbal instructions
- Count assembled product
- Stamp product as noted on secondary process
- Organize and clean work area 15-20 minutes before end of shift
