Pro Climb™ – Climbing & Working Ladders for Utility Structures
All-Pro offers climbing and working ladders for steel pole applications and other utility structures. In addition to new construction, Pro Climb™ ladders can be retrofitted to existing structures or used to replace outdated climbing steps. Adjustable versions of working and climbing ladders are also available.
Pro Climb™ ladders are manufactured in the U.S.A. by All-Pro Threaded Products (APTP), our manufacturing subsidiary in Arlington, Texas. We maintain a large inventory of ladder assemblies and accessories to meet customer needs quickly.

Faster Installation
Pro Climb™ ladders are manufactured to provide time savings and ease of installation. Sectional assemblies allow the installation of 5-6 steps at a time, with welded steps pre-built into the assembly.
Safer Performance
Pro Climb™ ladders are designed for ultimate climber safety. Built-in safety features include slip-resistant knurled steps, large 3/4” diameter step bolts, and an added gusset feature for safety clip-ins designed into the ladder frame.
In addition, angled frame supports increase the ladder’s vertical load capacity, giving the climber complete confidence while in the air. Extensions and adjustable versions for working and climbing ladders are available to accommodate shorter distance requirements at the top of the tower.
Pre-Connected and Pre-Kitted Convenience
By reducing the number of installation steps, Pro Climb™ ladders simplify the installation process, saving time and reducing the risk of installation errors. All bolts, nuts, and washers required for installation are kitted and pre-packed for shipment to the job site. Custom-kitted ladder assembly and component systems are shipped in boxes or on pallets.
Ladders and step bolts are also pre-connected, allowing full sections to be quickly attached. All-Pro’s industry specialists are ready to help you with responsive and knowledgeable support and service.
A Step Up in Performance
Every ladder is professionally manufactured by skilled welders using calibrated and modern equipment at All-Pro’s state-of-the-art facility in Arlington, Texas. To further ensure safety, all welding is performed under the supervision of AWS-certified welding inspectors.
Ladder Assemblies
Pro Climb™ ladders are available in working and climbing configurations, each with 3/4″ knurled ladder steps for superior grip and safety harness clip-in spots. The climbing design features staggered ladder steps to ensure safe climbing, while working ladder steps are evenly aligned on both sides of the ladder frame for optimal climber stability. Versions of both ladders can extend up to 42 additional inches, providing additional steps at the top of the tower.

Ladder Components
Our ladder accessories are manufactured in-house and tested in our A2LA-certified quality assurance lab to ensure reliable performance. Our kitting and fulfillment services save time and ensure the right materials arrive on time for your installation.
Ladder Clips
Clips are welded to the pole, allowing quick installation and removal of our ladders. These slip-in clips meet all ASTM A36 (galvanized) or ASTM A588 (weathering steel) specifications.
Step Bolts
We carry a large inventory of 3/4” step bolts, with weathering steel and galvanized options. All step bolts are exclusively manufactured in our facilities in the U.S.A., using 100% domestic steel. Our step bolts are custom knurled for slip resistance and are Charpy impact-tested to ensure reliably safe performance. Test reports are available on request.

All welding is performed under the supervision of AWS-certified welding inspectors, ensuring compliance with AWS D1.1 Welded Code. All ladders are also tested to meet the Safety Requirements for Personal Fall Arrest Systems and Components ANSI/ASSE Z359.1.
