Michael Neal

Michael began working in the fastener industry in 1991, picking and pulling parts in the All-Pro warehouse. This experience helped him to develop a better understanding of fasteners and their applications, products that he would later sell.  Reflecting on his start in the fastener industry, Michael described the value that working in a warehouse provided, explaining that “you have a lot of salesmen nowadays that just know how to talk well. That’s the difference between other salesmen and someone like me. I can go in and discuss fasteners and their application, knowledgably. That makes a big difference for our customers.”

Michael focuses on inventory management and engineering support for All-Pro’s customers. In working with his many customer partners, Michael often suggests the most efficient fastening solution to optimize manufacturing processes, typically by lowering the number of parts used. Speaking about the importance of building long-term relationships with customers, Michael described that “they become a business partner, not just a customer at that point. Our customers are my business partners. There’s a benefit for both sides. That’s basically what I go in to do. I try to find that benefit for both sides.” Michael enjoys spending his free time with his family, including his grandchild.
