Roderick Williams

Director of Quality

For over 30 years, Roderick Williams has dedicated himself to building a culture of quality at All-Pro Fasteners. His commitment to quality is exemplified by his position on the F16 and A01 committees for ASTM and on API committees SC20 and SC21. Roderick explains how All-Pro’s commitment to quality compares to other fastener suppliers, explaining that “some of the in-house testing capabilities we offer are substantially more detailed and sophisticated. This level of testing is central to the quality of the products we supply to our customers.”

Roderick believes that quality means more than just the company’s IS0-9001 certification. He describes his goal as “having a culture of quality in all departments. We operate under the 3-C concept – customer expectation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. We practice that in each department. It becomes part of the fabric of the company.”

Roderick is originally from the DFW area and holds a doctorate degree in theology. In his free time, Roderick enjoys fishing, hunting, and serving as a church pastor.
